Policy and Procedures Information
 | If the consignee is not available at the given address, our courier will deliver the gift to a person who’s available and will take down the signatures and relation of that person to the consignee. In case no one is available at the given address or if the address is closed our courier would leave a message card for the consignee. After coordinating with the consignee, our courier will make a second attempt. However passports & personal delivery shipments are NOT delivered to any other person but consignee; whereas credit card deliveries can be received either by consignee or his/her blood relative at given address. |

 | If the shipment is insured then Yes, TCS is liable to pay the market value of the lost shipment. If the shipment is not insured then the TCS Customer Satisfaction will take over the lost shipment case and resolve the case after complete scrutinizing & verification procedures. |
 | TCS is charging insurance premium only on new items in respect of categories for example; Computers & Cameras are on 5%, Cell Phones are on 1 % and whereas all other Electronics items are on 10%. |

 | TCS do not offer holiday service on International Shipments. |
 | On all such pending shipments shipper will have to send new details within 05 working days from the date informed, If not then shipper will have to abandon the shipment, the same will be destroyed or disposed off. However shipper still remains liable for all additional costs. (Duty and Taxes). |
 | All shipments must go through a customs clearance procedure, which can effect the transit time. Normally it takes 1 to 5 business days to clear the shipment through customs However some items particularly unusual or high value items are detained by customs for a longer period of time. |
 | For all such shipments Return to Origin (RTO) request will be notified in writing by the shipper and all return or redirection duties, taxes billed at destination & RTO charges will be payable by the shipper. |
 | All claims for International / Domestic shipments must be submitted in writing to TCS within thirty (30) days from the date that TCS accepted the Shipment, failing which TCS shall have no liability whatsoever. |
 | Yes, the courier will automatically attempt delivery to the address the next business day before 5:00 PM. After two attempts, the package will be held at the local agent office until disposal arrangements are made. |
 | The Consignee typically pays duty charges. However, shipper may also choose to pay them, which means he is requesting Delivery Duty Paid Service. |
 | Every International Shipment is transported on a limited liability basis as provided on the airway bill. (TCS liability is strictly limited to direct loss. TCS maximum liability in the event of loss or damage to a shipment is US$100 or the value on the airway bill whichever is lesser). |

Note: You can also edit, delete and cancel the transactions from here. Those transactions, which have been processed or delivered, cannot be edited or cancelled. Only those transactions that are saved can be edited, deleted or cancelled. |

(Note: If you are not logged in, you will be asked to log-in when you will click on the book a shipment. You can proceed only if you have registered your account with TCS. Otherwise, you will have to register first).
3. Clicking on book a shipment link, will take you to create a shipment page.
4. Fill in your shipment details and press next button at the right bottom of the page.
6. Here you can preview, edit, delete, and save your shipment details. To complete your booking, press the next button, at the bottom of the page.
7. Note down your tracking number to track your order. You have created shipment successfully (You can also print or cancel your transaction by clicking on cancel transaction and print shipping label). |

 | Select track shipment from the shipment section, on the right side of your (MY TCS) page or simply press the tracking tab on the top of the page.
- You can track your shipment by entering the tracking number in the box, which is provided at the completion of booking your shipment.
- Other way to track your shipment is to e-mail us by selecting track by email. Fill in your e-mail address and tracking number to complete tracking.
- Click on track by SMS by sending as SMS on +923332177168 with only a tracking number in the body of the message.
- To track your order through reference number select track by reference no in the tracking section.
- Select the track shipment by door tag tab to track the shipment via door tag number.
Note1: The reference number is a number that a customer assigns at the time of booking a shipment.
Note2: When the receiver is not present at home, TCS leaves the door tag at the senders place to help in tracking the shipment. |

Tracking Shipments Information
 | TCS provides delivery details for all domestic shipments but for International shipments TCS provides delivery status only for major destinations. For areas which are on-forwarded through various means or delivered by third party, delivery details will not be available. |
 | Tracking / Air Waybill or Consignment Note Number is used by TCS to identify and trace every shipment as it moves through the TCS system to its destination. TCS automatically assigns a tracking number to every shipment. |

Web Track and Account Management Information
 | The designation “Courier out for Delivery” in the Status field of the Tracking Summary means that your shipment is in routine transit, and will be delivered on the scheduled delivery date. |
 | Shipment movement information is captured each time a tracking label is scanned. Common scans include the following information:

 | To edit an address in your address book, follow these steps:
1. Select My TCS in the area at the top of the page, and then select Address Book.
2. Find the address you want to edit. Make sure that all required fields, which are shown in bold, contain acceptable and accurate data before selecting Update. The edited address will now appear in your address book |
 | To delete addresses from your address book, follow these steps:
1. Select My TCS at the top of the page, and then select Address Book.
2. Find the addresses you wish to delete and select them using the checkboxes.
3. Select the Delete addresses link to remove the addresses from your address book |
 | To create a new address in your address book, follow these steps:
1.Select My TCS in the area at top of the page, and then select Address Book.
2. When the page opens, select Add Shipper/Consignee Address. The Address Information page opens, allowing you to create a new address.
3 . Make sure that all required fields, contain acceptable and accurate data before selecting Save. |
 | If you select more than one package on the “Book a Shipment” page, you will be taken to the Shipment Packages page, where you can complete the Package Information section for each of your Shipment. Your shipment may include up to 10 packages. |
 | Your detailed tracking response will list the following information:
1.Tracking number
2. Delivery status
3. Delivery date and time
4. Location where the Shipment was delivered
5. Date on which the Shipment was shipped or billed
6.Type of TCS service used to ship the Shipment
7. Shipment weight |
 | A tracking response will be promptly returned to you by e-mail. |
 | Enter your tracking numbers into the body of the e-mail in one of the following formats:
1. Leave a space between each tracking number
2.Enter one tracking number per line
3. Separate the tracking numbers with commas |
 | Yes. You can track up to 25 TCS tracking numbers in a single e-mail. |
 | The designation “Returned to Shipper” in the Status field of the Tracking Summary means that the Shipment was returned to the original shipper. Possible reasons for return include, but are not limited to: Shipment being refused by the intended Consignee, Physical address not able to be found by TCS or Unable to deliver after multiple delivery attempts. |
